Hello! I'm a fullstack software engineer with a strong foundation in mathematics and data engineering. I've been coding professionally for over 10 years.
I studied mathematics and economics at Loyola Univerity of Chicago and entered into a mathematics PhD program at University of Iowa. I still continually study new topics and revisit old ones in my free time — especially when they can be applied in practice.
I'm an avid supporter of open-source software and development as well as the linux community as a whole. I contribute via bug reports, discussions, donations, and small contributions.
I'm currently a principal software engineer at Campspot; previously, I used to work at SpaceX. I've been very blessed to experience these opportunites as they both given me a chance to think, plan, and solve some truly difficult real-world technical problems.
